I wish I could've emailed this author before reviewing her book because I strongly suspect this is an editor's mess up. First, I'm not sure if this publisher is trying to establish a new category.....erotic romance....vs.....erotica. This book was no more erotic then the standard romance. It never would qualify as erotica. What I disliked the most was the disjointed time line. Knowing this author usually writes short stories, I suspect the bouncing around in time is because the editor wanted a longer piece. It simply does not flow well. However, this author does a wonderful job with character and plot development. She appears to be a good writer.....just let her write folks and don't mess with the original. I'm sure I would've enjoyed it much more then the end product.
